积极支持学生和博士后开展国内外学术交流与联合培养。本人受益于中国、英国、德国和荷兰等多国学习和工作经历,深刻体会到国际科研环境对拓展学术视野与合作网络的重要作用。目前已与多所欧洲顶尖理工大学在过程工程与能源系统分析领域建立交流合作,包括剑桥大学、帝国理工学院、伦敦大学学院、苏黎世联邦理工学院、亚琛工业大学和代尔夫特理工大学等。未来将持续推动学生和青年学者参与国际交流、联合研究项目。
